What's the difference between the AI Check and the assessment?

The AI Check is free and takes two minutes: it puts a planning-range estimate on the one workflow you tell us about. The assessment is paid: we interview your team, measure how the work actually runs, and rank every opportunity in the business on your real numbers.

What happens in the assessment?

We interview the people who do the work, map each workflow across your systems, and measure the hours. You get every opportunity ranked by dollars, what not to build, and a written plan for the first builds with a payback target for each.

How do you prove the ROI?

We measure a baseline during the assessment. Once a system is live, the monthly report compares against that baseline: hours returned, the labor value of those hours, and what each system did that month.

Will this replace my staff?

That isn't the goal. We take repetitive work off the people you already have so they can do more of the work that needs them. Where a hire is avoided, we count it in the ROI report.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Every account, workflow and line of code lives in your systems, with a runbook, so you're never locked in.

What about our data?
